Left sides pain

I'm 6 weeks today, I've had so much left sided lower cramping and its driving me nutsss anyone else have this & not have ectopic?? (Confirmed its not ectopic for me btw) its not super painful just constant like thumping pain. I dont think I have any cysts either.
