please help

i’m on mini pill slynd i take it everyday at the exact time. i don’t have my period on tht birth control but my gyno said tht was normal. i usually take a test after every pack to be sure. sometimes my bc makes me feel a bit sick our nauseous so i get paranoid and take a few tests tht month. are these positive or is my brain just making another line??
