That appears to be a moderate amount of active bleeding, which makes this a high probability of being your period. Implantation is only said to be the cause of any early pregnancy spotting or bleeding without a known source, or supposed risk. You can always take a test for reassurance, but if it’s positive, bleeding like this is not a good sign and would need further investigation!

Looks like period to me 😥 sometime it can come on heavy ease off then start fully I've had that happen, but 🤞🤞I'm wrong! Good luck!
