The picture is from my HSG that I had two months ago. As you can see, my uterus is off to my left side.

I have four days until my period is supposed to start, and I’ve been having dull cramping on my left side. It feels like stretching, or gas cramps. It’s not sharp, just annoying.

I’ve been getting consistent BFNs. No bleeding or anything.

Could I possibly be having an ectopic?
