bad breath & sweat

i’ve been told i have bad breathe but my mom thinks it might just be something like actually wrong with me internally bc i brush my teeth three times a day, floss, andddd gargle with mouth wash. and even when’s i’m chewing gum my mom said you can smell it. and i have really good hygiene, but if any of you know of a really good deodorant that makes you smells better rather than just masking the sweat please lmk. i had one from a random dollar store that made me smell like watermelon when i sweat dude. now i just smell like peach mangos and sweat. thanks for the help!
