Sudden supply drop at 3 months
Hello,
I’m an exclusive pumper ( I nurse once a day)
My LO is 9 weeks, and I noticed a sudden drop in my supply.
Is it normal? Is it temporary? Will it increase ?
It’s stressing me out. This morning I had to take out some of the frozen milk I’ve been saving for when I go back to work.
