Second birth stories compared to first

I'm due my second baby in September (2nd baby I'm 2 years) so I'm just curious how everyone second labour was compared to their first?

My first labour was spontaneous at 39 weeks, 7 hours from first contraction to holding my daughter, water birth, no tears, just a graze and just gas and air.

I've been told by my midwife that because my first labour was so quick that I need to go to hospital pretty much immediately after I go in to labour this time.

How did your second labour compare to your first?
