I take prenatal vitamins what else should i take while ttc?

Prenatal is great to take while ttc and you can also take Dha if your prenatal doesn’t have it. My doctors always recommended taking prenatal while ttc. I also started taking coq10, I’m just going to take it until I get pregnant.

Personally, I don't think there is a need to take anything else unless your doctor recommends it. Adding a cocktail of random vitamins or supplements really isn't advised.
