I have every symptom possible also my period is late by 3 days but I’ve never got any implantation bleeding can I still be pregnant?????

"Implantation bleeding" is very rare and not fully supported by science. It is not required for conception. But without a positive test, there is no evidence of pregnancy. I would wait 3 days and test again. Best of luck. 🤍
