For the past couple of days I've had really bad heartburn/acid reflux that will not go away. I cannot keep food or water down. It appears to be new blood mixed with old blood when I vomit and medication won't work. I tried calling my doctor's office but they are horrible at returning phone calls. I'm also covid positive, so I also have shortness of breath and can't sleep with all the issues going on. I'm so annoyed and beyond sick, I just want to go to the er but then again I don't. I don't know what else to do. I'm miserable 😢
