Leftover HCG or new preg?

Okay ladies I need some help 😭
If I had a full on period from 20-24 Jul, positive OPK on 30 Jul (didn’t test prior to this) up til today and tested positive HPT today. What’s the chances that my “period” was actually a chemical (I did a HPT the day before AF and it was neg) and I have leftover HCG and that’s what my OPK/HPT are picking up?
I ask because my “period” was far too heavy to be IB. I’m very confused right now and don’t want to get my hopes up.

One way you can see is take another test to see if the line seems to get darker, at least till you can get in to speak with your doctor. I know on my previous pregnancy I had really rough beginnings because I was always scared of having more miscarriages. I have had 2. And my very first pregnancy was one. So to help ease your mind (fingers crossed) is take more test every morning and see if the darkness of the line improves. Lots of baby dust to you!!!

I agree with getting HCG bloodwork 2 days apart to see if your levels double (they should for viable pregnancy) and keep taking tests every morning with first morning urine to see if your lines get darker

Go get blood drawn for hcg and see if it's going up or down.. that's the best way to do it.
