Can someone please describe what implantation pain feels like?

I know everyone is different but 2 days ago I got mild period like pain which only happened early in the morning and then stopped and happened for 2 days.

This afternoon I took a First Response (I couldn’t help myself) and I think I may have seen a very faint line (i know they are notorious for their evap lines so of course I’ll test in the morning and see if it gets darker over the next few days.

But it got me thinking if I did implant 2 days ago the HCG would be very slight at this stage 🤔
