Pregnancy symptoms - negative tests

Hi ladies,

So I’m 12DPO and done 2 tests this morning but both negative. However Ive noticed a few symptoms last couple days- I always get sore boobs before I’m due but this month they are extra sensitive, I’ve got a weird taste in my mouth, can’t a little nausea yesterday a couple times in the day and since last night have a got a persistent stomach ache (not cramp) in my lower left side of my abdomen. What do you all think?
