Vitex / Chasteberry

I was currently recommended this by my fertility specialist and I cannot remember for the life of me when I was suppose to take it. I believe I am suppose to take it for two weeks with each cycle, I just can’t remember WHEN in my cycle I should be taking it.

Anyone else know?

I am going to call her later this week but wasn’t sure if other ladies here know
