Hcg levels and paranoia

Good morning my ladies 🥰 I am 5 weeks 5 days today. i received my blood work from yesterday's dr visit. I am at 3814. Of course I am reaching out to you ladies because I feel kinda paranoid. I've been through it all, chemical pregnancy multiple miscarriages. I kinda feel it's too high no? Or am I in a good road ? I went back when I found out I was pregnant with a home pregnancy test. I went in to verify with blood test and I was at 72 this was back on 7/22. Seeing my level now makes me feel like its high. But here I am worried for no reason known what so ever ahhh lol
