Implantation occurring?

11 DPO, 4 days until AF. I spotted pinkish/brown when I wiped this morning. Now at work walking around the hospital I’ve been experiencing cramping pains but they didn’t last long, I’ve also been EXTREMELY tired and hungry. I was fighting sleeping yesterday around 3pm.. could it be implantation happening or period? I feel like I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms, but as soon as I start feeling cramps I feel like I’m out.

Implantation is only said to be the cause of any early pregnancy bleeding, when the source or cause of the bleeding can’t be found or determined, and doesn’t pose a risk to the pregnancy. There are many different causes of mid-cycle bleeding, and the most common causes are related to hormonal changes and the cervix. 
You can’t really attribute any symptoms to pregnancy without a positive test, as PMS and pregnancy symptoms are virtually the same, as they are caused by hormonal surges. Unfortunately, spotting isn’t a pregnancy indicator, but if you do have a positive test, when you do decide to test, it should definitely be reported to your doctor. Good luck!
