Is it worth it to buy frida Postpartum recovery kit?

Is it worth it to buy frida Postpartum recovery kit? Or i do not need it? If not then what things i should buy regarding this which will help me?
My hospital will provide i think everything, i will double check with them. So when i come home what things i need that i should buy? Please suggest. First time mom here.
I dont know if i will have a normal delivery or c section so please suggest for both.
Also please recommend any postpartum belt for tummy.

I thought it was super expensive for what you get. I made my own padsicles and wore adult diapers. The hospital will give you a peri bottle.

I looked it up, i had a vaginal delivery before, i would not buy it. My hospital gave me a bath thing to put in the toilet that hangs there for me to soak my vagina in some epson salt water. Then id have a rinse off in the shower then id dab on some witch hazel call it a day. I wore super thick pads or mesh undies. Otherwise i let it heal a lone. I never wanted ice down there

I just bought the peri bottle, wipes and freezer pads from the kit. I’ve seen a lot of ladies on here recommend adult diapers so I would add that. :)

The ice packs were great, but I didn’t like the cooling pad liners as they stuck to my stitches and hurt me. You’ll get a peri bottle at the hospital that works just fine. I never used a tummy belt because I was told it’s dangerous to use them right after having your baby. I also didn’t use my homemade ice packs because I hated how much they melted and got me wet :)

Personally I think they are over rated. You can get better and cheaper pads, the hospital should give you the ice pads just ask for them and the hospital will give period bottle and ask for the dermoplast! It's amazing. I like the "cuter" depends like undies instead of pads, to me they were easier
