My fiancé and I are trying to get pregnant. I have PCOS and am having the laparoscopic surgery on the 12th. 
My question is has anyone had this surgery and had a successful pregnancy after without any medication? 
Also, how long did it take after surgery were you able to get pregnant?

I had laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis in July 2010 (I was 21). I was on continuous birth control until I was 28 and then went off in Nov 2017 and got pregnant in December 2017. I am so thankful that I had the surgery when I did!
