Help!!! 30 weeks pregnant with the flu and baby is barely moving

I contracted the flu yesterday after getting wet in the rain and being in A/C all day. Today I felt a sharp pain on my right side then it was in my navel. Then for 2 and half hours the baby has only moved 3 times. I shakes my belly, drank cold water, shine a light on my belly to have him moved but nothing. Then about 30 minutes later he started to make very light movements (7 movements were counted). He has been moving slow all morning and my insides feel like it’s on fire due to the heat from the flu.

I’m getting ready to go to the hospital. Is there any tips on what’s causing this??? I’m panicking.
