2 year old overly attached

Just had baby number two and my 2.3 year old daughter is driving me insane. I knew she would need time to adjust to her sister but I didn’t know she would act like a baby herself. She wants only me for bedtime all of a sudden and she just whines at me all day. She plays fine with my husband but when it’s just me all she does is complain and act sad. She wakes up at night acting like a baby only wanting me. She is causing me to lose more sleep than the newborn lol. What am I supposed to do? Give her more attention or less? I can’t tell if giving her more attention is making her behavior worse. Should I ignore her little fits and whining sessions? I hope this stops soon! 😅
