Weightgain/ Depression
I gained weight. Im getting depressed. I was losing at first, but now? NO.
My boyfriend and i have unhealthy eating habits. Smh. I like to workout but then i keep falling of. He constantly says not to beat myself up. Im too fat for my height. Im just looking for things to do to get me started. I used to walk and got bored. Smh. What can i eat? What are good snacks? What should i cut out other than sugar and bread? I feel sooo sluggish.
