Baby is insatiable

Happens once a day, the last two times at night. He’ll breastfeed and get topped up with formula (I have problems with supply), but still wants more. Even after 4 oz of formula. I mean, he’s 3 weeks old! I don’t remember my daughter being like this, though she did cluster feed. Anyone else?
