Bleeding after sex for first time ever… HSG over a week ago.

I had an HSG done on July 26. It was not what I expected. My tubes were clear but it was unbearably painful and I bled lightly for about 4-5 days afterward. Husband and I have BDed the last 3 nights (starting on August 2) and it’s been fine, but last night, I was very surprised to see I was bleeding noticeably when I went to the bathroom afterward. I am still bleeding this morning. My period is not due for over 2 weeks. Could this somehow be connected to the procedure I had done? Or what else could cause this? I have neverrrr had bleeding after sex before.
