Possible Preeclampsia at 37 + 5?

I went in for my weekly appointment yesterday as my BP was high. Last week it was high for the first time and they did a urine sample - no protein. Yesterday they took bloods and urine. I go back today for results. Baby's heart rate is good, moving good and is 4/5 engaged anyway.

Options if it is preeclampsia depending on severity is either be monitored or be induced (which I'm ok about because bubs is technically full term anyway). I don't want a C section though! I have no preeclampsia symptoms other than high BP. No headaches, dizziness etc.

Hubby is coming up with me today, hopefully things get a wriggle on and it's not too serious.

This is my first baby so any ideas, helpful tip would be great!?
