Dollar store BFP hours later

Ok so I took a dollar store test and it was negative ... hours later and there’s the faintest pink line... next day, same thing. I know there can be evaps but this has never happened to me before. (I always check them hours later 😂)

So just question , has anyone ever taken a dollar store test and have it be negative with a positive hours later and actually end up pregnant?!?! 🙌🙌
