Pubic Symphysis pain!
Omg this week has been horrible. I’ve had the pain for weeks now but this week it has started burning and is just so painful to do certain movements. I iced and took some Tylenol tonight because I couldn’t take it anymore. Any tips of how to alleviate the pain?
