Baby movements slowing down..??

Anyone have this happen? I’m 37+4 I went to OB last week bc I noticed baby seems to have slowed down movements a bit. The nst showed everything was fine doc thinks I’m just running out of room and not feeling as much. Usually movements are super painful. I still feel her but less. Normal??

Very normal. As long as you still feel some movement you should be okay. If you think it’s still not enough then it doesn’t hurt to get checked. Always trust your instincts.

normal, it’s getting pretty snug in there so there’s less room to move around. as long as you feel some movement every once in a while it’s safe to assume baby is fine ! to put your mind at ease you can try drinking something cold or eating some sugar and laying down on your back for a little bit (as long as you’re comfortable) you should feel a kick or two
