Help please is my wound infected?

I have dry cracked stinging hands that are bleeding and used the same hand to eat, so food got on it and it burned more. Now there’s a yellow scab. Is it infected/emergency?

I don't think its an emergency. I personally don't see the yellow or signs of infection but I know pictures never do a great job. Definitely get some okeefs working hands to put on that area. Looks very painful!!

If you have aloe vera gel, put some on.It will help to hydrate and is antibacterial at the same time.
