Anyone, preferably a radiologist will be able to read my MRI report and tell me what it means?

In terms of fertility.

Would I need to have surgery before I got ahead with <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> or can I go ahead with these findings?

My report came back but I’m not able to speak with my doctor until a week and I’m curious to know what it means.
