I need some advice on child support. I have a 3 year old and the non-custodial parent is not in my child’s life and hasn’t sent a dime since September of last year and I am thinking about finally putting him on child support. He is a truck driver last time I checked and is definitely supporting his gf and her son. We didn’t establish paternity when I was pregnant so according to TN laws he doesn’t have any legal rights and I just don’t need things changing to anything regarding visitation and custody. Please help
