Is this harassment

A few years ago I opened up about being sexually assaulted and since then people who are close to the perpetrator have been harassing me. Since then I’ve had people staring at me, saying that the assult never happened, calling me crazy, excessively honking at me when I’m driving then they’ll cut me off or flip me off, things like that. I’m starting to dread going out in public due to it. Even when I bring other people with me just in case something happens they’ll tell me “so who cares if they talk about you and look at you.” Or after when I tell them about the people harassing me or the situation they act like they don’t care. Then they wonder why I get upset with everyone and everything around me. Even today when I went into a store these girls that are friends with the person who assaulted me were staring at me when I walked into the store and even when I was walking out the store.
