Period ?!??

I recently went to the bathroom and urinated and I noticed pink blood coming out. My breast are super tender and I have been having extreme headaches and mild cramps. I took a pregnancy test today and it came out Negative. My period don’t start for another 2 days. Do you all think my period is just coming early?
