So I’ve been having really sharp stabbing pains in the upper part of my abdomen all day and cramping like pains in my pelvis. I went and had a cervical check yesterday and am barely dilated (only half a centimeter), and have never heard of contractions being in the upper stomach so I was just wondering what this could be as I don’t think it’s labor?? Obviously I’m a FTM so I guess I wouldn’t know but i tried looking it up and nothing has said labor pains were in the upper stomach
