Can some help me .

I'm currently having back pain and front pain on the right side and have for about a week now and I've been having some cramping and my boobs are heavy and sore and my nipples are huge and a Metallic taste in my mouth and everything in my house smells gross and my front is very huge and some neausa here and there

I'm not sure about symptoms after a miscarriage as I had one nearly 3 months ago in may and these are the symptomsI had when I found out I was pregnant. And I took a first response test Wednesday just gone and it come up with a very very faint line and the control line wasn't as dark as the one I took last month so I was just wondering If anyone has had these. And I'm currently 2 days off my period

P.s I don't get cramps before my period
