Uti or something else?

So It's 4am, i woke up at 330am with the insane urge to pee. I peed and it was super dark and burned. I'm now back in bed and it still burns. I've been CHUGGING water like crazy (all day before this happened), i peed right before going to sleep at 1130. I am 36+5. I don't understand why it's all of a sudden burning so bad when I've done nothing to cause a uti?

I’ve had this off and on. I think mines comes from me holding my pee for a while before I do go. Then when I go it burns but every test they do I don’t have a UTI or anything else so I’m lost too on what it could be.

You don’t really have to “do” anything to cause a UTI. They’re super common during pregnancy even if you’re not someone typically prone to them. If it keeps up I’d head in to get checked. Are you having menstrual like cramps? That was my only sign of a UTI at 33 weeks.
