Red neck from heat/skin rubbing?

Anyone else experience this with their 3 month old? I am so frustrated that nothing seems to be working. I am calling the pediatrician tomorrow morning, but anyone have any advice? I have tried cornstarch, coconut oil… baths/ keeping it clean and dry…

Ours has neck rashes from milk. We use Aquaphor, it provides a protective layer to allow skin to heal, the skin clears in a couple of days.

Our baby had this so badly. It was red and angry looking. The doctor said it looked very yeasty and recommended a tiny bit of vagisal mixed with diaper rash cream. It actually worked wonders!
