I have struggled this past 3 weeks. My daughter is 6+ and my breastmilk is done.

Back story: I have done everything to keep supply up but a 3 months I go my period and it dried up, fi ally the only thing that worked was hot chocolate but then a month ago I woke up with sugar level of 32.3 🥵 (extremely high). Then I got my period again abd my supply has dried up completely. I have don everything to get it back up. My little one now uses bottle and doesn't want to try suck as nothing comes out.

I am not ready, I am in pain my little baby 😢

I don't know if I have any hope. I wanted to breastfed for minimum 1year
