Second opinions

I have had implantation bleeding before and it was light brown and spotting, but im 10 months pp and have lower back cramps and uterine cramps, my face is breaking out and ive had nausea once (probably my diet), shortness pf breath, mood swings and also my c section scar feels like its being stretched. I dont think im pregnant because I dont have pregnancy symptoms I had last time, I just want some second opinions (and yes I know symptoms cannot come that fast)
