Period like cramps at 32 weeks?

So I’ve had a few times lately what feel like period cramps, followed by stomach pains and diarrhea. I’ve also been having Braxton Hicks but this doesn’t feel like that.  Normal or something to maybe call my dr to discuss ?

I had this for two days, I’m 32 weeks tomorrow.. Iv had lower back pain, stomach ache and period cramps. Stomach tightening which I thought would be braxton hicks. Called my hospital (pregnancy assessment unit) yesterday and they wanted to see me to do some checks. They did the checks ie checked cervix, swabs to see if I’m in pre-labour , monitored the tightness and baby etc.. all fine and sent me home saying they think the pains are all just linked to braxton hicks and to just keep monitoring. 
I’d deffo call hospital and get checked anyways 😊
