Are Australians generally as religious as Americans?

I admittedly know quite little about Australia and it’s cultural values but I just happened to have seen a lot of religious (Christian) Australians online recently. You always hear about the prevalence of Christianity in the states but Australia is a blind spot in my knowledge

I’m from the UK which isn’t really religious at all and I was curious about how devout Australians are, if anyone could answer comparatively to other countries that’d be amazing.
