Constipation?

I’m only about 4 1/2 weeks and I’m having so much constipation. Is this normal? I read someone post a couple of days ago about the hormone hcg causing constipation. Is this true? Is anyone else experiencing this? It’s causing some lower back pain, like on my tail bone, and freaking me out.

I’m 5 weeks and 4 days and haven’t gone for about a week! It’s awful. Hope you (and myself) can get some relief…I’m going to buy pure prune juice tomorrow and see if that does the trick!

Yes mine was AWFUL around 4-5 weeks.  I started increasing fiber and drinking as much water as possible and it has resolved thank god.
