Right after baby was born I wore the waist high tight undies and will wrap myself as well

I just ordered a Malaysian traditional Bengkung Belly Binder - it’s basically a long piece of material used to wrap the abdomen during pregnancy and postpartum. It’s to help not only shrink the stomach after birth but support the muscles and organs while carrying the baby and in recovery. This is my second baby and feel like I need the extra support to stay in the best health - no reviews yet but I hear good things.
