Mine loves her pillow, she moves around with it a lot but she’s strong enough to adjust and maneuver. We use a latex pillow. Super bouncy and breathable

We have a pillow but we keep it under her sheet so she can't move it.

We don’t have a pillow, but we do have 3 stuffed animals in the crib. So we do have soft items around his head when he goes to bed, just not a pillow.
