Maternity belt / band back support?

I have sciatica pain that is getting really intense, I am 24 weeks so long way to go still. My dr recommended this support belt/band which I will try. I want to know if this has actually work for someone to relieve the pain?

I too have sciatica and my OB prescribed me a band, it took some pressure off but not a lot. My hips and back  doesn’t hurt as much. When I wear the band I make sure I put bio freeze on my achy areas and take a couple of Tylenol’s.

The belly band on Amazon was really uncomfortable. I plan on trying the tape next

I just got taped with kinesio tape for it yesterday and I already feel less pressure on sciatica - just another suggestion if that’s available for you. Don’t know about belly bands though sorry.
