Bartholin gland abscess? Help!

I had a reoccurring bartholin gland abscess from about 2015-2018. After three years of lancing and catheters, my obgyn was finally able to “heal” the wound when I birthed my daughter. He used the opportunity of me being under anesthesia to lance the wound one more good time, and place one last catheter in the gland to drain. The wound closed up after a few months, and I haven’t had problems with it until now. Two evenings ago, I started feeling sore close to my vaginal opening. It got progressively worse throughout the day, and this morning is so swollen and painful. I cannot find an opening (like I could before) where the abscess is draining. But, when I gently push on the lump, I can feel liquid coming out my butthole (sorry, tmi, gross, I know). The liquid is a gross brown/clear pus like fluid with a little bit of reddish pink mixed with it. Definitely an infection, but I’m terrified as to why it is coming out of my butthole. I don’t have insurance anymore, so going to a doctor is not something I can just up and do without major cause. Has anyone else had a bartholin gland abscess before? Has yours ever leaked out your butthole? Help!
