RSV😭💔

So my 15 month old has caught RSV from his cousins. His cough makes me wanna put him in the car and go to the ER. Doctors have just advised alternate panadol and nurofen every 4 hours and there's a little coughs I give him 2.5nl once a day only. What else can I do for him 💔💔💔
