Missed doctor appointment
I feel guilty for deliberately missing doctors appointment today, but I feel every time I go I just get more anxiety and worry about the baby and the pregnancy. It’s not that I don’t care about my baby it’s just sometimes it’s too much emphasis on what could go wrong. Does anyone else feel this way or is it just me ?
