Is this thrush on my baby??

He’s 2 weeks old and recently he’s only feeding for 5-10 minutes at a time and fusses when he comes off the breast. Also, I’ve been experiencing a burning sensation and also a sharp pain that comes and goes sporadically and also my nipples are super sensitive. If anything touches my breast I flinch and jump that’s how sensitive they are. He’s got a few sores/blisters like the picture below on both top and bottom gums.

Has anyone had an experience with this? His pediatric appointment is on Thursday. So what can I do to help him in the mean time?

I called my OB and he’s prescribing me an anti fungal for me but I won’t have any medication for the baby until his pediatric Appt on Thursday.
