Help me with some success stories please

I’m supposed to be 7 week when I went and got a ultrasound done on 7/30 I was measuring 5w4d ( fro on Top) we didn’t see a baby just a sac. Then today on 8/10 I went for another ultrasound only measuring 6w even (vaginal) still saw nothin just a sac….. pleases one please tell me it’s still possible to be pregnant. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
