Anxiety about seeing a therapist...
So, I'm having extreme anxiety about the thought of going to see a counselor
Long story short, I worked for a social worker and she was extremely rude and condescending. She told me that she thought I was "autistic" to my face. I have been encouraged by several people for many years that I should see a therapist, but I fear that all therapists are like her.
